In 2016, City Hall had 2 Corporation attorneys who focused on municipal law and performed the citizens business. Now in 2021, this top heavy legal office seems to have forgotten their duties to the citizens and are focused on those of the Mayor. Bolton is the Mayor’s “Roy Cohn.” Let’s bring back fiscal control to the City.

Police Commissioners have a serious duty to information confidentiality, a smaller board with strong mutual respect will aid in upholding the information confidentiality required of the job.

It is absolutely ridiculous that the City would deny this material as attorney client information. This exemption is being abused by legal offices around the state and Nashua is the biggest offender….Commissioner Pappas and Alderwoman Lu are two exceptional elected officials who were willing to represent the citizens who elected them.

The urban dictionary describes an information whore as someone who has to find out information as soon as possible and someone who has to know everything about everything.

This is reminiscent of Attorney Bolton vile interruption of Ms. Lu in the June 22, 2021 Board of Aldermen meeting. Apparently, the Mayor is taking a page out of Bolton’s book.

I might mention that for all her whining about voter suppression, she is the real voter suppression, dog whistled by her City Hall leaders for what they consider “decenters” to their collective narrative.

When oppressive, uneducated managers push unjustified restrictions down on employees creating a stressful, tense work climate, we all lose. Customer service falls apart and productivity declines. More wasted tax dollars.

These are the obstructive, expensive, corrupt tactics employed by Attorney Bolton to drive legal costs higher, making a mockery of court orders.

Attorney Bolton has been very harsh to describe me and some in the Aldermanic Chamber as “liars”. It would appear Attorney Bolton is fabricating facts and misrepresenting the issues.

The City Attorney’s, Mayor Donchess and Chief Carignan concocted a story and describing my entry into City Hall equivalent to the insurrectionist that stormed the DC Capitol, slamming me with a felony misdemeanor A and requesting a year in jail.

From an effectiveness and educational perspective, if I was able to rate the court process like rating a college course, it would merit a “D-” for lack of engagement, lack of presence, lack of technological sophistication, and lack of overall interest.

Before the Mayor and Board of Aldermen vote on any budget increase and further spending, they should make sure we all understand what is going to happen when Vision presses the recalculate button.

The Court ordered the City to release emails between Director Kleiner and Chief of Assessing Vincent in January and February 2021. Why was the City hiding these public records?

Attorney Bolton and Attorney Leonard act cooperative in front of the judge, but then do as they jolly well please when the Judge expects them to cooperate.

It is time to “round out” Attorney Neumann’s character and provide sensitive training on gender bias and harassment.
